How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel in real time.
How do I make a return?
Email contact@bahr-bikini.com with your order number. We send you instructions within 24h. Unworn item, intact tags, full refund guaranteed.
I received a faulty item.
Contact us immediately with photos of the fault and your order number. Any faulty item is collected at our expense and replaced or fully refunded.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to over 50 countries. Costs and timescales are calculated automatically at checkout. France 24–72h, Europe 3–5 days, rest of world 5–12 days.
